Patriot Healthcare’s Signature Plan is a Consumer-Driven Health Plan (CDHP) compatible with a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), which means you, the consumer, are in control of managing your own healthcare decisions and costs. These are lower-premium, higher-deductible plans where preventive care services are covered 100% at no cost to the member:
